"Did you know this? ELOZE was started in 1998, the year Ocarina of Time came out. The original intent was to pull together all five of the Legend of Zelda games into one overarching storyline. Every Zelda game in existence!
That might have been possible in 1998. Ambitious, but possible. But as Nintendo continued to develop the franchise, that goal slipped further and further out of reach. With the addition of Wind Waker to the canon in 2003, it became impossible. Oh, we tried. We added a whole new "book" to include a journey over water and Hyrule's first encounter with the Rito. Minish Cap came out; we added a child version of Vaati.
Twilight Princess, Spirit Tracks, Skyward Sword. People grow up, people get old. I'm out of touch and I know it. I haven't played any of the new games--I can't afford them these days. It was wonderful to write for you all for so long, but the fandom has moved on, and it's time for ELOZE to rest.
There are much better fanfics out there these days - go and find them!" - Eloze Aug 16th 2013.
I really love Eloze, I grew up with it, and I just reread it again. I really wish it would get finished, but it seems hopeless now.
Does this comment mean that Twilight Princess killed off Eloze? It came out around the same time as Shadow's Mastery...

I doubt I will ever read a fanfic as amazing as this one. I've never read any other fanfic that even comes close. Even after this, I will never stop waiting for the next part. This truly was the "Lord of the Rings" of fanfiction.
So no one knows where she is, still? I just rediscovered Eloze a week or so ago, and I have no idea what to do with myself knowing that she may never return.
I wish she'd at least come out and say whether or not she'll just quit the project instead of leaving us in the dark about all of it.
It's been 6 years. I'm still hoping for the best.
If she was still here and not elsewhere, I'd make a request for the original knights. That'd most likely be...
Link I (Forest)
Link of the Gorons (Fire)
Japas (Water)
Kafei (Shadow)
Anju (Light)
Tatl (Spirit)
All of them standing at a table. Looking at a map or having dinner, maybe. I don't know, whatever secret societies did during the Age of Legends.
Link's dealing with the Triforce of Courage being in his body, and defending Dark for "going rogue." (Not Dark's Fault) He's also probably figured out exactly how Link I was maimed.
Zelda's wondering whether or not to continue the quest, whether they've failed, and she most likely has a little talk with her father about the fact that she's showing signs of liking Link.
Sofia's not sure what to think, with all that's happened. Plus, she's preoccupied with some disturbing dreams that foreshadow something to do with Galdanor. Something bad.
Dark's most likely been let in on what's going on by Link, and he might figure out exactly how Link I was maimed. I figured that out as well, and it's something you'd never expect. But, it does convince Dark that it IS possible for him to fight on the Knight's Side.
Kleox is unexpectedly the chosen bearer of the Light Amulet. (It felt warm to him, and there's no mistake.) He's most likely having a little Identity Crisis like Dark's been having. Don't worry though: The reasons it's possible for Dark to fight for good can be used to justify Kleox's involvement with the Knights.
Harper is still reeling from his vision of Link. I have a feeling he just might be the Sixth Knight.
I'm rambling now. I should stop. LOL
PLEASE tell me if you will come back and write it!
